Wolowidnyk is an Associate with the firm and carries on a general practise of law at our firm with a focus on Civil Litigation. During her legal career, Ms. Wolowidnyk has conducted a variety of litigation matters, including obtaining and executing an "Anton Piller" Order (a civil search and seizure order). The focus of Ms. Wolowidnyk's practise with Hajduk Gibbs LLP will be on various types of civil litigation, including but not limited to builder's lien claims, collections, shareholder and partnership disputes, foreclosures and more. Along with the above, Ms. Wolowidnyk will be involved in the following areas of practise alone or in conjunction with other members of the firm:
INTERESTS: Ms. Wolowidnyk is a Volunteer with the Edmonton City Foodbank, and was Former President and Founder of “Law Students Philanthropy”, a student group at the Faculty of Law which performed various philanthropic, charitable, and volunteer activities. Ms. Wolowidnyk also participated in an archaeological field school in Northern Greece before commencing her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2005. Ms. Wolowidnyk is married and lives in Edmonton.
