Free Initial Consultations !

Successful legal action requires a strong relationship between you and your lawyer, which is based on mutual trust and confidence. This can only be gained by finding out if your lawyer has the knowledge and experience to handle your case, and that he or she relates to you as a person, not just as another client.

Accordingly, at HAJDUK GIBBS LLP we do not charge for the first half hour of an initial consultation if you decide not to retain us. At the initial conference we will obtain all of the facts of the case, and will guide you through the legal proceedings you will experience and be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Question :

Should I bring any documents with me to the consultation?

Answer :

Yes, you should bring with you any documents that might be potentially relevant to your case. Police reports, for example, contain eyewitness accounts and details about conditions surrounding auto accidents, fires, assaults and the like. Copies of medical reports from doctors and hospitals will describe your injuries. Information about the insurer of the person who caused the injury, is extremely helpful, as are any photographs you have of the accident or of your injury. The more information you are able to give your lawyer the better. If you haven't collected any documents at the time of your first meeting, don't worry. Your lawyer will be able to obtain them as well.
